This is Summer Chicory from Mini Sweets Doll.
At the time of purchase, it was a very rare doll with a limited summer skin tone, exclusive to the Fukuoka store (which no longer exists). I'm not sure about the current status, as it may no longer be sold.
There is black color transfer on the forehead.
The body is missing parts and has deteriorated, and the eyes have also deteriorated, so please use them as replacement parts.
Please understand that there is age-related deterioration before purchasing.
